2 drops Lavender essential oil

2 drops Sweet Marjoram essential oil

1 drop Peppermint essential oil

Blend with 1 tbsp (15ml) of Almond or Grapeseed Oil.

Give a firm massage to upper back, neck and shoulders.

Alternatively put 1-2 drops of Peppermint or Lavender essential oil on a tissue and inhale.
