1 drop Black Pepper essential oil

1 drop Lavender essential oil

1 drop Sweet Marjoram essential oil

Blend with 1 tbsp (15ml) of Almond or Grapeseed Oil.

Massage back, neck and shoulders and then give a gentle massage over the lower abdomen using clockwise circular movements.
