Well I joined this site in the hope I could gain some hints and tips. I've always been interested in aromatherapy. I was in an accident 5 years ago and it involved fire and I unfortunately, had nearly 50% of my body burned. As my burns are not in one concentrated area I know that massage and essentials oils are out for me but, i am interested in the effects essential oils could have on say my mood, state of mind if they were placed in a burner in a room. I am a novice so would welcome any suggestions. My main problem is being uptight a lot of the time and not being able to take time out and get myself calm. I have recently started studying buddhism and am interested in meditation. From different articles I have read essential oils being burned whilst meditating can be therapuetic. Just wondered if you have any ideas, suggestions.
