Well I know we're only part way through the course but I think for me it has to be "Aromatherapy Massage".
I just feel so at home with it. I can't wait to actually start blending some oils. It's so frustrating!
I hear the evening classes are already using essential oils rather than just the Carrier oils.

What's your favourite therapy so far?
