2 drops Geranium essential oil

2 drops Lavender essential oil

1 drop Peppermint essential oil

Blend with 1 tbsp (15ml) Sweet Almond oil and massage firmly into tired feet.

Alternatively add the blend to a bowl of warm water and soak the feet for 10 mins and then pat dry.
