2 drops Clary Sage essential oil

2 drops Sweet Fennel essential oil

2 drops Geranium essential oil

Blend with 1tbsp (15ml) of Sweet Almond or Grapeseed oil and give a soothing, relaxing full body massage.

Alternatively use a blend of these oils in a bath - adding them directly to the water or blending first with an unperfumed bubble bath.
