1 drop Eucalyptus essential oil

1 drop Peppermint essential oil

1 drop Tea Tree essential oil

Add the oils to a bowl of vey hot, steamy water.
Put a towel over your head and inhale the vapours from the bowl for at least 5 minutes.

Keep your eyes closed or they may sting.
