4 drops Neroli essential oil

2 drops Rosemary essential oil

2 drops Tea Tree essential oil

Add to a warm bath and disperse well - or blend with 1tbsp grapeseed oil or 1 tbsp unscented bubble bath and add to a warm bath.

Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes inhaling the vapours.

Do not get bath water in your eyes as it will sting.
