2 drops Clary Sage essential oil

2 drops Frankincense essential oil

1 drop Sandalwood essential oil

Blend with 1 tbsp (15ml) of Almond or Grapeseed Oil. Give a relaxing massage, particularly good for back, neck and shoulders.
